MANAI VIDEI is CleanR Grupa's self-service mobile application that enables customers to manage waste management services online. The app provides comprehensive contract management, collection schedule viewing, invoice payments, and additional service ordering.
CleanR Grupa, Latvia's largest waste management and environmental services company serving over 50,000 customers and half a million Latvian residents, sought to digitize their services and provide customers with a convenient self-service solution. iConcept developed the MANAI VIDEI mobile application, available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Technical Solution
Mobile Platform iConcept chose to develop native iOS and Android applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience on each platform. Both applications are fully integrated with CleanR's backend system and Navision ERP.

Functional Areas
Contract Management
Customers can create new contracts, transfer existing contracts between addresses, add additional services, and sign contracts electronically with eSignature. The system automatically validates addresses against VZD data to avoid duplicate record creation.
Collection Schedule System
The application visualizes waste collection schedules for all customer addresses. Users can view both regular and one-time services, and reschedule collection dates according to available times. The schedule supports both waste management and other CleanR services.
Financial Self-Service
Customers can view all invoices, their statuses, and make payments online. The system provides real-time synchronization with Navision ERP to ensure invoice information is always current.
E-Shop and Service Ordering
An integrated e-shop allows ordering of additional services and products. Customers can request one-time services, order additional containers, and purchase other CleanR-offered products.
Profile and Account Management
Users can edit their profile information, add or remove addresses, manage multiple contracts, and set invoice email addresses. The system supports both individual and business accounts.
